1. RETURNS

At Organic Paradiso we endeavour to provide high quality produce to fulfil your order however we do understand due to reasons that are beyond our control things don’t always go to plan.

In addition to your other rights and remedies at law and our standard refund/exchange policy, if you are not satisfied with one of your fresh food items, notify our Customer Service team via our Contact Us page. Please ensure you take any photos of the items you are dissatisfied with and have your order number ready.

We will provide a store credit or full refund.

2. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally, when we are processing your order there may be an item in your order that is out of stock, the amount for that item will be refunded via the same payment method (i.e: Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please note that on some occasions you may receive your order before you receive a notification of the out of stock item.
